Rate Increase

Beginning November 1, 2025 the minimum bill for both the water and sewer will increase from $29.00 per month to $32.00. This includes the minimum 2000 gallons of usage. For everything over the 2000 gallons used per month the water will be $7.50 and the sewer will be $11.50. The November usage will be payable on January 15, 2026, this will be the first time customers see the increase on their bills.
